Capacity Building

Capacity building is one of our core competencies, thus our primary method of intervention at all levels. At the macro level, improving the capacity of ministerial institutions is key in improving the general framework conditions. At the meso level, improving the service capacity of the trade associations and private service providers is of paramount importance in order to aid the successful implementation of projects in our key areas of social compliance, productivity improvement and environmental standards. Lastly, at the micro level, our involvement in improving the service capacity of NGOs has the ultimate aim of increasing their capability to negotiate for sustainable development jointly with and for the workers of Bangladesh.
